Necklace is way too small and badly made. Tried to contact them straight away and they haven’t responded to my return enquiry although they say they will contact within 24 hrs. I am bitterly disappointed with the lack of service. Tried to ring Newtown store and they aren’t answering the phone. For a $129.00 item I expect better customer service.

When we later spoke with you, we understood that you planned to visit our Newtown store to return the choker, but you haven't popped in as of yet.
We would also like to reassure you that the choker is not poorly made - it is intentionally a delicate design. However, we completely understand that the size and style may not have been right for you.
