Change-of-mind returns

Sorry but for hygiene reasons we do not exchange earrings.

For anything else, we are happy to offer an online store credit for change of mind or if something is not the right size.

The first step is to fill in and submit the returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order. A member of the Filthy Gorgeous team will get back to you as soon as possible with a returns authorisation to include with the item and instructions of how to send the package back to our Newtown, Sydney store. We do not accept returns back to our Bali HQ. Please return the item with the receipt and in the original packaging to protect it. Please be careful when trying on the jewellery, it must be unworn and in perfect condition when it reaches us.

We will need to receive the goods back within 30 days of order fulfilment. The cost of the postage will be your responsibility. Filthy Gorgeous will not be liable for parcels lost in transit so it is best for you to use tracking or insurance. 

Shop returns

We will exchange items in our shops within 7 days of purchase. You just need to provide the receipt, the original packaging and return the items unworn in perfect condition.


6-month warranty for faults

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Filthy Gorgeous and we hope you will enjoy wearing the pieces you buy from us for many years. However sometimes faults occur during the making process and in this event we will, at our discretion, happily repair (if possible) exchange, credit or refund within 6 months of the original purchase. Please note if the items were bought in store in Bali we can only offer a credit or refund. Due to customs restrictions and charges it is not feasible to post items back to Bali for repair or exchange.

Please be aware that many of our pieces are handmade. Our designs are not mass produced. The beauty is in the individuality of each piece. Any slight variation between pieces is not considered a fault.

Jewellery by it’s nature is delicate so must be handled with care. This warranty is only valid for manufacturing faults and not for any damage that may be caused by normal wear and tear or careless handling. We will not exchange goods that on inspection by our silversmiths have been dropped or mistreated or have been subject to third party repairs.
