M
Megan Necklace is way too small and badly made. Tried to contact them straight away and they haven’t responded to my return enquiry although they say they will contact within 24 hrs. I am bitterly disappointed with the lack of service. Tried to ring Newtown store and they aren’t answering the phone. For a $129.00 item I expect better customer service.
Hi Megan, we’re very sorry for the delay in responding. Unfortunately, your original return request was missed, and when you called our Newtown store, our team were assisting customers and unable to answer the phone.
When we later spoke with you, we understood that you planned to visit our Newtown store to return the choker, but you haven't popped in as of yet.
We would also like to reassure you that the choker is not poorly made - it is intentionally a delicate design. However, we completely understand that the size and style may not have been right for you.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, particularly after you contacted us promptly. Please get back in touch so we can arrange your return and resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Awesome customer service, I had an enquiry and they answered my question very promptly.
They also followed up on my postal address to check it was correct.
Fast postage and a pleasure to deal with.
I’m one happy buyer
Great communication. Fast delivery. Beautiful pieces and quality. Have purchased many pieces and will purchase more.
Excellent quality, well priced, fast efficient service and delivery !! I'll definitely be purchasing from this Company again.
So quick to respond to orders and beautifully packaged. Never had an issue yet.
Absolutely excellent products and service. The ring I initially ordered was no longer available, I was contacted immediately and offered alternatives. Communication was just excellent and so appreciated. My order arrived promptly and I just love every piece.
Items are high quality and great price.
Love this shop, and the fact that I can easily and securely buy online. Plus the postage is super fast!
I bought a gorgeous pendant in the Seminyak store in October. It's beautiful quality.
Great service. Items I have bought are exactly as described, good quality, reasonably priced and arrive promptly.
Clear pictures that show the items perfectly. Quick despatch of goods and very happy with my first purchase, will be shopping again very soon !
Super easy shopping process, was very easy to find everything and checkout.
